Terms of Use for Free Templates

The templates provided on templates.mamboserver.com are provided by independent Template Authors. The templates section is managed by SiteGround LLC in association with Mambo Communities Pty. All templates in the section are free for download and use.

Template User Rules

By downloading and using any of the templates provided at templates.mamboserver.com by the Template User agrees to the terms below:

• The Template User may use any of the templates for as many websites as s/he wishes free of charge. In return the Template User agrees to keep the links to Template Author that are part of the template.



• PSD or any vectorial files are not provided as part of the templates. However, the Template User is authorized to make any modifications to the templates to fit his/her needs better except for removing the Author copyright mark and the links to the template author.



• For each template its Author is the sole owner of the templates copyright and the Template User may not claim any intellectual or exclusive ownership to it, no matter if it is modified by the Template User.



• The Template User may not offer any of the templates offered at templates.mamboserver.com, modified or not for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent by the Template Author.



• SiteGround and Mambo Community cannot guarantee that the templates provided will be compatible with all versions of Mambo CMS.



• All templates are provided on “as is” basis without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our templates.

Template Author Rules

By submitting a template at templates.mamboserver.com the template Author agrees to the terms below:

• The author guarantees and is fully responsible that the template submitted is original work of his/her own and does not violate any copyrights. After the template submission the author of the template will remain the sole owner of the templates copyright ownership and will have the right to put his/her copyright mark and/or link to his/her website on the template.



• The template submitted will be provided for free download to the templates.mamboserver.com visitors if it is approved by SiteGround LLC and Mambo Communities Pty



• SiteGround LLC and Mambo Communities Pty have the sole right to decide if a template will be included in the template section, in which category they will appear and on what place of the category they will be featured.



• The template author agrees his/her templates to be used on the terms described above in the Template User terms section.



• The template author has the right to request removal of any template contributed by him/her at any time.



• The template author is solely responsible for all materials use in creation of the template. SiteGround LLC and Mambo Communities Pty cannot be held responsible if any template do not fully comply with the copyright rules and regulations. If any valid complaint is received that a template violates such rules SiteGround LLC and Mambo Communities Pty may remove such template from the section with no prior warning to the contributing author.

Privacy Policy

The registration information of the Template Users and Template Authors will not be intentionally disclosed to third parties unless this is required by law, or we believe in good faith that we are required to do so to protect the rights and the property of the template authors, SiteGround or MamboServer. Email addresses provided by the free template authors and users may be used for providing important information, news or promotions related with the free mambo templates service.
